The Breakthrough Recovery Outreach Relapse Prevention Program
It is difficult to achieve lasting success without staying actively engaged in the recovery process
and being fully aware of relapse warning signs. Thus, the weekly classes at Breakthrough
Recovery Outreach are structured to provide individuals the opportunity to continue learning
about the disease of addiction and gain relapse prevention tools in a supportive environment
centered on recovery.
The Relapse Prevention program provides a variety of group sessions lead by professional
counselors to assist individuals with the transition back into their community free of any
addictions. The group therapy and peer interaction makes the transition back into sober daily
living a much more smooth process.
