PSYCHOLOGICAL WELLNESS PROGRAM
Breakthrough Recovery Outreach provides a safe, structured living environment for men and women struggling with significant mental health issues such as major depression, bipolar disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and anxiety disorders. Within this environment, clients will learn how to adapt to and overcome their personal limitations by developing their understanding of themselves, how interpersonal relationships function, how to make healthy lifestyle choices, and how to cultivate purposeful activity.
This Journey Toward Psychological Wellness is typically experienced over the course of 90 days, which is divided into three phases: Stabilization (30 days), Growth (30 days), and Re-Engagement of the Community (30 days). Each phase of the program has unique goals, methods, and outcomes. Benefits to the client are progressive across the course of the program, with the greatest personal development being achieved upon completion of the full 90 days.
Because Breakthrough Recovery Outreach is committed to the success of its clients, the program is facilitated by licensed therapists in collaboration with a hands-on, caring administrative staff. The program is comprehensive and therefore requires each client to have access to their own psychiatrist for medication management. Services provided during the Journey Toward Psychological Wellness include:
